Cracow NOVUM Apartment is a beautiful and modern STUDIO-type apartment with an area of 33 m2, perfect for 4 people.
The apartment is located at 83 ŻABINIEC Street in the center of Krakow, in a beautiful, new apartment building in a quiet, new neighborhood, about a 30-minute walk from Krakow's main historical attractions, including the Main Square, Wawel Castle, museums, etc. Nearby, you will find various shops, a beauty salon, and a dentist.
Place: The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 7-story building with a high-speed elevator. There is no need to use the stairs.
The apartment features a very large balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
Our apartment is well-equipped with all amenities. There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, and beer mugs. The sleeping area has a bed.
We also provide a set of towels for each guest and bed linen.
The apartment has wifi and satellite TV with over 80 channels, including HD.
The bright and modern bathroom with a large shower cabin is the perfect place for relaxation and refreshment.
FREE PARKING IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT BUILDING (not a private parking space). Entry to the housing estate is through a gate opened by a remote control, which is located in the apartment.

Our apartment is well-equipped with all amenities. This beautiful apartment is located on the 9th floor of a modern building. The comfortable kitchen with a refrigerator, electric kettle, pots, pans, plates, and cups allows for cooking and eating any dishes. We also offer a set of fluffy towels for each guest and soft bedding. The shiny, bright bathroom with a spacious shower cabin is the perfect place for regeneration and refreshment.
There is also a large balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
We speak Polish and English.
